Blower Fan adjustment method

There are two "Blower Fan" adjustment method, one is leaked method, this method is simple and reliable, but is not economical. More economical approach is to adjust the speed. Part cement kiln in order to increase the blower pressure, air volume, the blower speed is accelerated. However, it should be noted that, to consider increasing the speed machinery mechanical strength can not be increased greatly, the general speed should not exceed 15% of nameplate. Speed increases often have to replace the larger motors.
